It is located above ACI Marina overlooking the island of St. Catherine and the old part of Rovinj; 800m from the town centre, 250m from the beach and 500m from the sport facilities.

The Park Hotel has 202 rooms and suites (double bedrooms, suites). The rooms have been renovated; they have a bathroom, air-conditioning, mini bar, direct telephone line and satellite TV.
