In this offer segment, MAISTRA d.d. offers the option of sale of its capacities through travel agencies which do not have an allotment agreement and offers cooperation on the Work upon Request principle.
Thank you for your inquiry for cooperation in 2011.
We are able to offer you cooperation on a “Work on the request” basis.
As of this year, we have introduced cooperation based on an agency discount (commission) of 15% on the daily prices within our offer provided at www.maistra.hr.
No discount is granted on the amount of sojourn tax.
You can make your reservations directly online on our website (no password required) provided that you enter the name of your agency, the name of the person making the reservation and the basic agency information in ‘’User Information’’.
You can continue to make your reservations by e-mail at info@maistra.hr.
If you are printing a catalog or advertising us on your website (photos, descriptions, prices), after you send us a scan of the cover and the page in the catalog on which you published us in 2010, or a link to your website including our facilities, we will send you the ‘’Work on the request” net agency prices for 2011.

Each reservation must be registered in a name and confirmed by us.
A reservation will be invalid if the agency fails to confirm the reservation to the hotel (normally three days in advance) under an option.
An online reservation, which is considered to be a fixed reservation, is an exception and may be cancelled according to the conditions provided on our website for each special offer.
The payment is made according to the preliminary invoice issued by the hotel/resort (in both cases prior to arrival of guests, normally 15 days before arrival, while a credit card payment guarantee will be required for online reservations.
In case of a reservation in a period of high occupancy or a reservation that has in the meantime been affected by a stop-booking status, the hotel/resort may request an advance payment of 30% in its preliminary invoice.
