Frequently asked questions
Does the campsite always have free places available for guests arriving without a booking?
While Maistra d.d. campsites can indeed accommodate a large number of people, they still tend to be fully booked during the peak season (from mid-July to mid-August). We recommend making a booking for any period of stay, especially for the main season.
Where can I find accommodation prices?
After selecting Book now in the upper right corner, you can choose the desired destination, the property (hotel, resort, or campsite) you are interested in, the period, and the number of guests who will be staying at the property. Press the Book now button, which will take you to the information on accommodation prices.
Is it possible to enter the campsite during nighttime?
Driving cars through the campsite is not allowed during the period of night rest. We recommend arriving no later than 10 p.m. In the event of a late arrival, the guest may spend the first night at the car park near the entrance to the campsite.
Identity documents
The guest is obliged to present the travel documents of all guests who will stay at the campsite upon arrival at the front office / entrance barrier.
We are travelling with children. How can I get a baby cot?
Children’s cots are available in all hotels and resorts. When booking, during the second step, just select a children’s cot from among the additional options. A children’s cot may also be requested directly at the facility upon arrival. The use of a children’s cot is included in the price of the accommodation.
