“Tourist flower – quality for Croatia 2007”

By winning the prestigious acknowledgement and award the “Tourist flower – quality for Croatia 2007”, Maistra has once again proven its quality and recognisability in the tourist industry.
On the 24th and 25th of September the eleventh consecutive “Tourist flower – Quality for Croatia 2007” was held in Bol on Brač in the Hotel “Elaphus” under the organisation of the Croatian Radio-Television and the Croatian Chamber of Economy. This traditional gathering of Croatian tourist workers is held for the presentation of awards and acknowledgements in the activity of evaluating the quality of Croatian tourist destinations, and with the aim that the Croatian tourist offer becomes increasingly competitive, maintaining at the same time its autochthony and recognisability.

Once again this year Maistra has stood out from among the numerous competition and confirmed its quality and recognisability by winning the prestigious award and acknowledgement. According to the results of the judging panel, the Hotel Park was judged the best hotel of the Croatian Adriatic in the three star category, while the Hotel Eden after last year’s acknowledgement as the hotel with the best breakfast in Croatia is the recipient of the award in the category for hotels in the Adriatic with four stars. A special acknowledgement was given for encouraging and development of wellness programmes to the Hotel Istra which last year opened one of the largest and best equipped wellness centres in Croatia, presenting completely new standards in the culture of health living.

The acknowledgements received are confirmation that Maistra is heading down the right path and are an impetus for tomorrow, when the new Hotel Lone and Monte Mulini are constructed, to compete for the highest acknowledgment in the category of facilities with five stars.
