Frequently asked questions
May day visitors access the campsite?
Day visitors may enter the campsite on foot only and with a valid entrance ticket. Vehicles can be parked in the parking area in front of the campsite entrance.
What fees are included in the price?
The accommodation price includes VAT and the tourist tax. Conversely, for properties in Zagreb and Dubrovnik, the tourist tax is paid at the property.
Distance of electricity and water to the pitch / camping place
All pitches and camping places have an electric hook-up. The maximum distance of the cabinet for the electric hook-up is 20 m. The water taps are located not far from the pitches. Certain Superior type pitches have water and sewer hook-ups.
Is it possible to enter the campsite during nighttime?
Driving cars through the campsite is not allowed during the period of night rest. We recommend arriving no later than 10 p.m. In the event of a late arrival, the guest may spend the first night at the car park near the entrance to the campsite.
When can I enter the room on the day of arrival, and when must I vacate it on the day of departure?
Check-in and check-out times depend on the selected property. The exact check-in and check-out times are specified in the general terms and conditions.
