Frequently asked questions
Distance of electricity and water to the pitch / camping place
All pitches and camping places have an electric hook-up. The maximum distance of the cabinet for the electric hook-up is 20 m. The water taps are located not far from the pitches. Certain Superior type pitches have water and sewer hook-ups.
Where can I find accommodation prices?
After selecting Check prices in the upper right corner, you will have the option of selecting the desired destination, the property (hotel, resort, or campsite) you are interested in, the period, and the number of guests who will be staying at the property, then press the Book now button, which will take you to the information on accommodation prices.
Is there an option to book a specific pitch?
We offer the option of booking a specific pitch (number and position), but these bookings are only available by e-mail or by phone. Considering that availability needs to be verified first, we will send the reply to the booking request within 3 days of the inquiry.
When can I enter the room on the day of arrival, and when must I vacate it on the day of departure?
Check-in and check-out times depend on the selected property. The exact check-in and check-out times are specified in the general terms and conditions.
Washers and dryers
Guests can use washers and dryers in the campsites. The machines are activated by tokens, available for sale at the front office.
