Identity documents
The guest is obliged to present the travel documents of all guests who will stay at the campsite upon arrival at the front office / entrance barrier.
Is the ferry line to Island Hotel Istra and Hotel Katarina free of charge?
For guests staying at Island Hotel Istra and Hotel Katarina, the passenger fare is included in the price of stay. Customers using wellness services and guests of the Lanterna restaurant have free transportation by boat upon presentation of the receipt (on the return trip).
Are there bicycles and other sports equipment available for hire at the campsite?
The campsites offer a number of sports and recreational facilities and activities, including tennis, boat rental, bicycles, etc. The list of facilities of each campsite is listed on the respective website. In the vicinity of the campsites you will find marked and well-maintained bicycle paths, you can get a map at the front office or in the tourist office.
Washers and dryers
Guests can use washers and dryers in the campsites. The machines are activated by tokens, available for sale at the front office.
Does the campsite always have free places available for guests arriving without a booking?
While Maistra d.d. campsites can indeed accommodate a large number of people, they still tend to be fully booked during the peak season (from mid-July to mid-August). We recommend making a booking for any period of stay, especially for the main season.
