What is the difference between the individual types of accommodation units at the campsite?
The accommodation units marked as a “pitch” are indicated by numbers in the campsite and on the campsite map. The average size of a camping pitch is 90-100 m2. Due to the configuration of the terrain or trees, certain pitches are smaller than 90 m2, so make sure to mention whether you have a larger recreational vehicle when making a booking. Apart from the campsite, the pitches are marked with numbers on the printed map of the campsite, as well. The map of the campsite is only for orientation, the size of the pitch depicted on the map does not indicate its area, but only its position. A camping place is a camping area which is not numbered. A guest can use 100 m2 of the camping area. A camping place has an electric hook-up, which is, as in case of camping pitches, included in the price.
We are travelling with a pet. How can I make a booking and what would the price be?
A stay with a pet can be arranged during the booking process, by phone or e-mail only in properties that offer the option of accommodating pets. The price of stay is available during the online booking process among the surcharges.
How do I book accommodation online?
The online booking process is very simple, you choose the destination, property, and period of stay and follow the further instructions offered by the system. You guarantee your intention with a credit card or by paying the required advance payment amount, as outlined in the general terms and conditions of the selected price list. Before issuing the booking confirmation, the system requires you to confirm your acceptance of the general terms and conditions.
Distance of electricity and water to the pitch / camping place
All pitches and camping places have an electric hook-up. The maximum distance of the cabinet for the electric hook-up is 20 m. The water taps are located not far from the pitches. Certain Superior type pitches have water and sewer hook-ups.
Selection of the pitch upon arrival
Guests who have made a booking receive their accommodation unit numbers from the front office, unless they have booked a pitch number in advance and received a confirmation from the booking office. Guests without a booking may select an accommodation unit (pitch or camping place) from among those available on the day of arrival. You will receive a list of available pitches at the campsite front office / entrance barrier.
