We are travelling with a pet. How can I make a booking and what would the price be?
A stay with a pet can be arranged during the booking process, by phone or e-mail only in properties that offer the option of accommodating pets. The price of stay is available during the online booking process among the surcharges.
Your booking system is offering me multiple types of price. What is the difference?
The online booking system offers several price lists depending on the duration of stay and time of booking. It also provides special offers subject to availability.
Washers and dryers
Guests can use washers and dryers in the campsites. The machines are activated by tokens, available for sale at the front office.
Is there an option to book a specific pitch?
We offer the option of booking a specific pitch (number and position), but these bookings are only available by e-mail or by phone. Considering that availability needs to be verified first, we will send the reply to the booking request within 3 days of the inquiry.
I have a valid card. Why is booking accommodation online via the booking system being rejected?
We accept the following credit cards for online booking: Visa, American Express, Diners, and MasterCard. Debit cards cannot be used as guarantee.
