Frequently asked questions
May day visitors access the campsite?
Day visitors may enter the campsite on foot (they can park their vehicles at the car-park in front of the entrance to the campsite) if they pay a day pass for most campsites, except Koversada Campsite, where access by car is available for a fee.
Washers and dryers
Guests can use washers and dryers in the campsites. The machines are activated by tokens, available for sale at the front office.
How do I book accommodation online?
The online booking process is very simple, you choose the destination, property, and period of stay and follow the further instructions offered by the system. You guarantee your intention with a credit card or by paying the required advance payment amount, as outlined in the general terms and conditions of the selected price list. Before issuing the booking confirmation, the system requires you to confirm your acceptance of the general terms and conditions.
Where can I find accommodation prices?
After selecting Check prices in the upper right corner, you will have the option of selecting the desired destination, the property (hotel, resort, or campsite) you are interested in, the period, and the number of guests who will be staying at the property, then press the Book now button, which will take you to the information on accommodation prices.
We are travelling with children. How can I get a baby cot?
Children’s cots are available in all hotels and resorts. When booking, during the second step, just select a children’s cot from among the additional options. A children’s cot may also be requested directly at the facility upon arrival. The use of a children’s cot is included in the price of the accommodation.
