Frequently asked questions
Is it possible to book a pitch or a camping place?
Yes, we accept bookings for all types of accommodation units in the campsite. In addition to online, bookings can also be made by e-mail or by phone.
Do I have to pay if I cancel the booking?
The conditions for canceling a booking are specified in the general terms and conditions of each price list. Please read the general terms and conditions in detail before confirming your booking.
What fees are included in the price?
The accommodation price includes VAT and the tourist tax. Conversely, for properties in Zagreb and Dubrovnik, the tourist tax is paid at the property.
How can I book multiple rooms?
There are limitations, depending on the property, on the maximum number of accommodation units per booking. If you would like to book multiple rooms, the booking procedure needs to be repeated for the additional rooms, or you can contact the booking centre at +385 52 800 250 or hello@maistra.hr.
Is it possible to enter the campsite during nighttime?
Driving cars through the campsite is not allowed during the period of night rest. We recommend arriving no later than 10 p.m. In the event of a late arrival, the guest may spend the first night at the car park near the entrance to the campsite.
