Begin by choosing one of three thoughtfully curated menus – My Istria, a seasonal exploration inspired by the freshest local produce within 50 km; A Journey Since 2019, a retrospective of the most celebrated dishes since opening or Towards a Greener Thought, a vegetarian menu inspired by the flavors of the season. Whichever tasting journey you choose, our sommeliers will curate the perfect wine pairing to complement each course. To conclude the evening, our pastry chef — recognized among the finest in the world — will leave a lasting impression with a finale as memorable as the experience itself. All guests at the same table share the same menu, so the journey can be experienced together.
