Located in Grand Park Hotel Rovinj, Cap Aureo holds one Michelin star and offers an innovative approach to cuisine. Chef Jeffrey Vella creates menus around seasonality, locality, and taking a creative approach to vegetables, with courses changing according to the availability of fresh ingredients. Nearby you can also find Agli Amici, the holder of two Michelin stars. It combines the signature dishes of chef Emanuele Scarello with local and seasonal ingredients.
