The National Restaurant Burin serves a selection of Istrian dishes, from traditional hand rolled Fuži pasta with truffles to locally cured ham and prime cuts of Istrian beef called Boškarin. For those in need of serious protein, there is a large selection of barbequed meats. Throw in a refreshing salad and enjoy a complete summer lunch.
