The Nikola Tesla Centre Programme (NTC) was developed to help children reach their fullest potential but also to overcome the ever-present developmental difficulties such as speech, reading and writing disorders. The NTC Programme consists of carefully designed activities and games that have a positive impact on a child’s brain development during its most intense phase of growth and development, from birth to the age of ten. Children develop through play, and playing is the key element for a child’s intrinsic motivation – these are the basic premises of the NTC programme.

Prof. Ranko Rajović, specialist in internal medicine with subspecialisation in neuroendocrinology, is the author of the NTC Programme, which has been successfully implemented in 20 European countries. He is the founder of Mensa in 5 countries and has been a member of the International Mensa Committee for Gifted Children since 2002. For his contribution in the development of programmes for gifted children, he was recognised by the International Mensa Education and Research Foundation for intellectual benefits to society. He cooperates with UNICEF and teaches at the Faculty of Education in Koper, Slovenia.
