Imagine a week in Rovinj where each bite tells its own story. From 16th to the 22nd October, our hotels will open their doors to an exclusive gourmet experience: from special autumn menus in selected restaurants featuring guest appearances by renowned Istrian winemakers, to authentic encounters with local traditions. This year’s menus explore the flavours of Istria through an intriguing culinary perspective, with dishes inspired by local and invasive species such as blue crab, chicory and wild boar, alongside other seasonal ingredients.
