The 5 Senses Dinner is an innovative culinary concept that blends high-end gastronomy with art and a multisensory experience in Hotel Lone. Indulge in an exquisite multi-sensory culinary experience in Hotel Lone, 14th June at 6pm, crafted by chefs Pribičević, Beluzić, and pastry chef Chapella, accompanied by awarded Matošević wines and Chiavalon olive oil.

The 5 Senses Dinner is an innovative culinary concept that blends high-end gastronomy with art and a multisensory experience, turning dinner into a true adventure for all five senses – taste, smell, touch, hearing, and sight. It’s an experience that goes beyond the traditional dining setting, transforming a meal into full immersion in atmosphere, emotion, and the aesthetics of the moment.

Each dinner is held in carefully selected locations – from exclusive restaurants to hidden natural settings and culturally significant spaces. The upcoming edition, scheduled for June 14, will take place at Hotel Lone – a distinctive design icon from the Maistra Collection portfolio – starting at 6 PM. Every detail of the evening will be thoughtfully curated: from soundscapes and lighting, to plate textures and ambient scents, and of course, the exceptional dishes prepared with local and seasonal ingredients.

The authenticity of the evening will be further enriched by collaborations with guest chefs, alongside wines from Matošević and olive oils from Chiavalon. The menu will be crafted by chefs Saša Pribičević and Zlatko Belužić, together with pastry chef Dimitri Chapella, who will join forces to create a truly unique gastronomic journey.
