The food truck bar’s name is Sea Salt Quick Bite, and its chefs deftly whip up street food classics like burgers, fries or fish & chips from their small kitchen, always using only fresh and local Istrian ingredients. That’s just how we do it in Koversada – natural, even when it comes to fast food.
