Agli Amici Rovinj, a Michelin-star restaurant since September 2021, is the result of collaboration with the Scarello family, who have been managing the Agli Amici restaurant in the town of Godia in Udine, which has two Michelin stars. This unique, sophisticated and elegant place is located in the beautiful strip between the Grand Park Hotel Rovinj and the marina, where its picturesque terrace offers a direct panorama of the sea. This cuisine speaks the languages of Istria and Friuli Venezia Giulia. It can be experienced through three tasting menus created by chef Emanuele Scarello: Godia, Istria and Rovinj. The three pathways convey the Agli Amici restaurant’s single gastronomic concept of sustainability, passion and exploration.
