Squid in its own ink unveils delicate layers of flavour balanced by roasted tomato, while pan-seared monkfish brings together smoked butter and grilled mushrooms in perfect harmony. The experience continues with lamb wrapped in fig leaf, complemented by pancetta and anchovies.
