Hotel Restaurant Burin

During the day, the Restaurant Burin offers Istrian specialities, such as locally cured prosciutto, sought-after boškarin salami, cheese with truffles, smoked swordfish, stone bass and sea bass. Savour them with a local red teran, or enjoy a crisp and fresh white malvasia with fish and shellfish caught in Lim Bay, just a few miles north of Rovinj. A superb buffet breakfast and dinner that make the beginning and end of the day more beautiful are served inside the restaurant and on the outdoor terrace. Choose between hot and cold dishes prepared before your eyes.


Nestled in lush greenery next to the outdoor pool and at the very entrance to a protected forest park, Oleander is the perfect choice for a light lunch or relaxed dinner accompanied by live music and performances. Taste sustainably caught tuna with tomatoes, marinated olives and pickled green beans, Adriatic mussels, a well-aged rump steak tagliata or black truffle pizza. The restaurant is open from May to October, weather permitting.


The Pool Bar is the perfect place for a break during the day with sandwiches, desserts, virgin cocktails or classics such as Aperol Spritz. Stop by the Tamaris beach bar for a refreshing drink: a glass of freshly squeezed juice, a cocktail or mixed drink, wine or beer, or relax before dinner with an aperitif at the Aperitif Bar.
