During the day, Restaurant Burin offers dining serving Istrian specialities, from locally cured prosciutto, sought-after boškarin salami and cheese with truffles, to smoked swordfish, stone bass or sea bass. Savour it with a local red Teran, or enjoy a crisp and fresh white Malvazija, with fish and shellfish caught in Lim Bay, just a few miles north of Rovinj. Superb buffet breakfast and dinner that makes the beginning and end of the day more beautiful are served inside the restaurant and on the outdoor terrace. Choose between hot and cold dishes prepared before your eyes.
Nestled in the lush greenery next to the outdoor pool and at the very entrance of the protected forest park, Oleander is the perfect choice for a light lunch or relaxed dinner accompanied by live music and performances. Taste sustainably caught tuna with tomatoes, marinated olives and pickled green beans, Adriatic mussels, a well-aged rump steak tagliata, or black truffle pizza. The restaurant is open from May to October, weather permitting.
