The fine dining restaurant at Maistra Boutique Hotel Monte Mulini has a limited number of seats and a private dining area. Its traditional decor adds to the wine cellar atmosphere, with contemporary art details complimenting the sense of understated luxury.
In his 35-year-long career, Andrew Gaskin, Cluster Executive Chef, has travelled almost over the whole world, worked with world-renowned chefs in famous restaurants, prepared dinners for many famous persons, including the former Italian prime minister and multi-billionaire Silvio Berlusconi at Porto Cervo on Sardinia, and Queen Elizabeth II at CHOGM on Malta. He describes his cooking style as innovative, light and inspired by the Mediterranean, while also making use of locally available ingredients. When it comes to food and wine pairing, Andy always prefers local wine and listens to the sommelier's recommendations. He is determined to continue the tradition of holding the Chef's Table at the Wine Vault restaurant of the Monte Mulini Hotel.

The engaging experience once reserved for VIP guests and chef's close friends only is now available to all gourmets. Simply book the Chef's Table and enjoy an up-close view of a top-notch restaurant. Wine Vault Chef’s Table offers seating for up to 6 guests in the heart of the kitchen. Guests discuss the tasting menu directly with the chef, and they are assisted in their selection of domestic and foreign wines by highly experienced sommeliers. The unique experience also includes a tour of the restaurant's wine cellar.
