Halloween at Maistra: A Frightfully Fun End to October in Rovinj and Vrsar
As the days grow shorter and autumn colors the landscape – with pumpkins taking center stage – Maistra brings a touch of Halloween magic to its properties. From 29 October to 1 November, Family Hotel Amarin, Amarin Campsite and Porto Sole Campsite are hosting a packed program of activities for younger guests and the whole family.
Family Hotel Amarin: Escape Room, Pumpkin Festival and Halloween Party
At Family Hotel Amarin, Halloween is more than a one-day affair, with the fun continuing over several days. Families can take on the Halloween Escape Room, an adventure filled with puzzles and hidden clues where children and parents work together to find their way out before time runs out. The Escape Room is suitable for children aged 7 and over, accompanied by one adult, and must be booked in advance at the Kids Zone Info Desk.

From Thursday to Saturday, 29-31 October, the Pumpkin Festival brings families together for pumpkin carving, with a special corner for younger children to make decorations and color Halloween-themed pictures. Places are limited, so advance booking is required. On Halloween itself, 31 October, children can get party-ready with nail art and hairstyling, choosing their favorite nail color and trying out looks inspired by princesses, superheroes and Halloween characters. Later in the day, the Halloween Costume Corner opens for anyone who has not brought a costume, making sure everyone is ready for the Halloween Party. The party starts in the evening in the hotel lobby by the blue net, with dance hits and plenty of fun and games.

Amarin Campsite: Halloween Fest at Ultramarine Kids Club
At Amarin Campsite, the program is packed with workshops for all ages. On Thursday, children can make pumpkins from paper plates and glittery spider webs, before joining the Mini Disco. Friday brings monster-making and paper bats, while older children can try their hand at 3D pen art. The evening continues with a Magic Show and Spooky Quiz Night for guests aged 16 and over.

Saturday is the highlight of the program. Younger children can make masks and ghosts, while juniors create Hama bead keyrings and take part in spooky science experiments. In the afternoon, the whole family can join the Pumpkin Carving Party, while guests aged 12 and over can try the Spooky Halloween Ride, a VR experience in the Game Room. At the same time, the main Halloween Party begins at Ultramarine Kids Club, with face painting, spooky games, a family witch hunt and a Mini Disco. Sunday brings a more relaxed end to the program with an autumn leaf painting workshop, while the Game Room is open to guests every day.

Porto Sole Campsite: Walks, Mummies and Spiders
Porto Sole Campsite in Vrsar is also getting into the Halloween spirit with a program for the whole family. The day begins with themed Halloween Walk and Talk sessions, taking place on Thursday and Sunday. Creative workshops change daily: children will be making a mummy on Thursday, a spider web on Friday and carving pumpkins on Saturday. Saturday is also the day of the main Halloween Party, with a suitably spooky Halloween dress code. The Game Room is open from Thursday to Saturday, while cartoons are screened on Friday and Saturday.

The meeting point is Maistralon Beer Garden, except for the Game Room activities and film screenings, which take place in the Petalon Resort Game Room.
